Web 2.0/Library 2.0

What a difficult topic, we want technological with a human touch. The difficulty being in finding the balance. The only thing I could really say is that I think in the future the size of a library will not be determined by the buildings size, but by the size of the electronic collection you have. As far a balance, I'm glad we are not on the leading edge nor are we trailing the pack. You can see the difficulties that others have faces so as not to face them yourself; while still providing the tech that customers want.
